Metro Flats apartments are available for viewing by appointment only.  Prospective tenants must demonstrate the following when submitting an application after viewing the apartments:

• Good rental history with no evictions
• FICO credit score minimum of 675 and above
• not in the sexual offender database 
• Over 21 years of age
• Income: monthly gross income of 3 times rent and fees minimum (depending on debt ratio). Evidence of sufficient prior work history (6 months or more) and ability to pay rent by pay stubs, W-2s or other verification. New hires considered depending on verified job potential and when supplying a bonafide hire letter or contract.
• $40 application fee per each adult over 18  living in apartment for background search and credit report
• Copy of drivers license or state issued picture ID
• 2 Months Rent: + fees to move in
• Metro Flats is a non-smoking community. Smoking is prohibited inside renovated apartments and outside on patios, balconies, parking areas and around buildings. 
• Pets: we allow up to 2 cats only. We do not allow dogs of any size or type or any other type of pet.
